Key Responsibilities
- Own project delivery from planning and initiation through release and completion.
- Coordinate distributed engineering, product, design and business stakeholders in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Translate technical requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones and priorities.
- Run sprint planning, backlog management and dependency management in Jira, with documentation in Confluence and Notion.
- Identify project risks, dependencies and delivery blockers before they affect timelines.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Coordinate releases with engineering teams, tracking work through GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Track project progress, scope, resources and delivery metrics.
- Maintain clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- 3+ years of professional technical project management experience.
- Proven technical project management experience on software or digital-product projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion and GitHub.
- Comfortable communicating with engineers, product managers and senior stakeholders in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work with technical requirements, REST API concepts, AWS/cloud concepts and CI/CD concepts.
- Strong sprint planning, backlog management and dependency management skills.
- Experience with risk management, release coordination and mitigation planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and engineering team coordination.
Language Requirements
- Dutch: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- English: C1 (Advanced)
