Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap and prioritisation across the product portfolio.
- Translate customer needs, market insights and business objectives into clear product priorities.
- Lead product discovery, user research and validation of new product opportunities.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, Confluence and Notion.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and commercial teams, collaborating in Figma and Slack.
- Establish meaningful product KPIs and use Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel and SQL queries against PostgreSQL to guide product decisions.
- Improve product adoption, engagement, retention and commercial performance, using HubSpot for commercial and lifecycle insight.
- Build a strong product culture based on Agile product development, customer research, experimentation and measurable outcomes.
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of professional product management experience.
- Strong experience leading digital or B2B SaaS products from product strategy through delivery.
- Proven product roadmap ownership and prioritisation.
- Excellent understanding of product discovery, user research, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on with product analytics in Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel.
- Comfortable writing SQL queries against PostgreSQL to answer product questions.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion and Figma, and collaboration in Slack.
- Experience with Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and definition of product KPIs.
- Experience with AI-enabled products or technology platforms is a strong advantage.
Language Requirements
- Ukrainian: Native proficiency (required for this position)
- English: C1 (Advanced)
